Site Rules and Terms of Agreement

• No illegal content is allowed
• No inappropriate content is allowed (including adult content, excessively violent content, excessively vulgar content, or any content that encourages users to break the law)
• Information on all profiles is considered public and may be used by Fireviews in any way for any reason.
• You may only make one active account on Fireviews.com.
• For any privacy concerns, concerns about the website, password verification and recovery, and similar matters, please email contact@fireviews.com
• Links to Fireviews profiles may be posted on any other site. In fact, we would love it if you got more viewers that way.
• Fireviews profiles and accounts may not be sold, traded, or exchanged.
• Views earned in your Fireviews remain the property of Fireviews.com and you may not use them in any way not expressly allowed by Fireviews.com.
• You may not attempt to manipulate the Fireviews website in any way not expressly intended by Fireviews.com by inserting computer code in any posts or through any other method.
• You may not insult, harrass, or threaten any users on Fireviews.com through comments or other means.
• Profiles must not link to or reference any websites with malicious, illegal, or misleading content.
• You MUST post meaningful, relevant comments. Short and inane comments, or repeating the same comment over and over is not allowed.
• No hateful or harrassing content is allowed. This includes any direct insults at other Fireviews users or profiles that focus on portraying other users negatively.
• You may not post any content that you do not own or that you do not have the right to share.
• Inactive or idle accounts may be deleted after a reasonable period of time.
• Unfortunately, refunds can not be given for ANY reason.
• By connecting your Youtube or any other third party account with Fireviews, you agree to let Fireviews change minor aspects of your data to indicate your participation on Fireviews. Fireviews will NOT use your account info for spam or other malicious activities.
• Fireviews is not affiliated with Youtube or any other third party.
• Purchases of account upgrades on Fireviews are strictly for use on Fireviews.com and are not associated with Youtube or any third parties.
• Connecting your Youtube or other third party account with Fireviews will allow you to use many of Fireviews' unique features which integrate with Youtube and other third parties, but we make no guarantees to increase your Youtube views or otherwise impact your third party account. We can only guarantee views on Fireviews, which usually do increase your Youtube views and so on, but are not guaranteed to do so.
• You must be at least 13 years of age to use Fireviews.com
• Fireviews does not guarantee views or traffic of any kind. Fireviews is a way to promote your content to new audiences, but we do not guarantee that they will like it or click on it in any way.

Privacy Policy:

   Users' private information will never be shared with anyone for any reason, unless compelled to do so by law enforcement. This includes passwords and email addresses. However, zip codes entered at sign up may be used in a less private manner. They will be used for more accurately displaying relevant profiles and may be determined by a party's trial and error attempts, but will never specifically be revealed for any given user. If you are uncomfortable with anyone determining your zip code (remember, it's not exactly where you live, just a rough estimate) you can select "non-US" at sign up for an anonymous zip code.
   All information that users post in any of their profiles is considered public, and will not be kept private.
   Advertisers will receive NO other information about a user than what is posted in his or her public profiles and the user's relative geographic location.
   By giving Fireviews your email address when you sign up, you agree to allow Fireviews staff to send you e-mails about Fireviews related matters. No spam or advertising emails will be sent related to any third parties. Fireviews emails will pertain to important Fireviews information. You will not receive advertisements and may opt out at any time. Opting out is not advised, because email updates will usually be important information.
   Anything posted on a Fireviews profile may be used by Fireviews for any purpose. Users are responsible for appropriate content in their profiles, but Fireviews maintains the right to edit, change, and/or delete any content for any reason without notice in rare circumstances. Your Fireviews profiles are considered public, and will be freely accessible by anyone on the Fireviews website, and Fireviews may repost any content or profiles on other websites or elsewhere.

Legal Disclaimer:

   All information and content posted on the profile pages (any web page that includes "www.fireviews.com/profile/page.php?.....") is strictly content that is generated by users. Each user who uploads or creates content on a fireviews.com profile is responsible for their own content. Fireviews.com bears no responsibility for any such content. Fireviews.com will make an attempt to remove any illegal or inappropriate content once we are made aware of the problem, however it is the user's responsibility to ensure that all uploaded/created content is legal and appropriate.
   Failure to comply with this condition will result in the removal of that user from Fireviews.com and the inability for that user to use Fireview.com's services in the future.

   Fireviews does NOT guarantee any traffic. You create a profile of anything you wish, and it is up to you to convince viewers to participate in whatever you are offering. Many users simply wish to have social discussions on the site, and are not interested in promoting any specific content. Fireviews is an opportunity to be seen, but does not guarantee any results beyond users viewing and occasionally commenting on your Fireviews profile. If you wish to promote something that you want users to actively use, or to participate in your own business, you must create a profile that is a convincing enough advertisement to convince users to visit it. Otherwise, they may simply not like it, ignore it, or rate it poorly, which will result in the profile no longer being shown to users. If users are not interested in what you are promoting, they simply will not click on it.
   Fireviews provides a way for people to reach a moderate amount of exposure online to other people who are interested in discovering new content. Advertising obtained on Fireviews is just that - advertising. Your advertisements will be shown to people, who are legitimately active and interested. Fireviews makes no guarantees on any returns. These terms are subject to change at any time without notice. Failure to adhere by all rules and terms on Fireviews.com will result in permanent termination of your account without notice, removal of any content you have posted, and forfeit of any views your account has accrued regardless of how they were obtained.
   Embedded videos are the property of their respective owners. (e.g. Embedded YouTube videos are the property of YouTube.)
   Fireviews is not responsible for lost or stolen passwords.
